How to Order


1) How to order?

1. Simply send an email to
ifashionhub@hotmail.com. Stating the item, code no., colour, size and quantity.

2. We will reply within 24 hours to advice on the stock availability. Wait for our confirmation mail and follow the procedures to make payment.

3. Reply us with your preferred mailing address and mode of delivery. We will send out the package the next working day as soon as we confirm receipt of payments.

2) What are your shipping charges?

For Locals customers:
Normal postage will be free.
Apparels will be sent to your mailbox.
However, if the package is unable to fit into your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door step with no extra charges.

It is recommended that you opt for Registered Postage. Registered postage will be charged an additional SGD$2.50. For orders more than $100, we will pay for your postage.
Apparels will be sent to your door step.

In the event that no one is at home, you may arrange for a second delivery or collect it personally at SingPost.

Overseas customers:
We will advice you on the shipping charges separately.

3) What are the different modes of payment?

Local customers
We accept payment through
1. Internet Banking
2. POSB Funds Transfer
3. PayPal (Debit/Credit cards accepted)

Overseas customers
We only accept payment through
1. PayPal (Debit/Credit cards accepted)

(Note to buyers: You do not need to have a paypal account to pay through Paypal.)
Payment through PayPal is subjected to an additional 3.4% surcharge of the total order levied by PayPal.

4) How long does delivery takes?

Singapore:
Normal and Registered Post: 2-3 working days

Overseas:
You will be advised accordingly when we quote you on the delivery charges.

5) How do we track our parcel?

We will notify you by email when your package has been sent out.

Normal post is not trackable.

If you opted for registered postage, we will issue you your ‘Registered Article’ number.

6) Do you have an exchange policy?

Exchange cases are dealt individually.

We check every single piece of items before sending out to our customers.
However, if there is a defect, please let us know within 3 days after you received your items.

7) How do we change/cancel our order?
